Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection Law

We are highly regarded in the field of industrial summonses litigation. This specialized area often involves highly technical engineering concepts, in addition to occupational safety and health issues. Law in this regard has evolved substantially over the years and typically requires specialist expertise to navigate.

Kenneth Ng has profound knowledge in the law that pertains to the construction industry. He has personally handled over 3000 industrial summonses of various natures over the years. He is among a handful of practitioners in this highly technical and specialized area.

  • Member of the Criminal Court Users' Committee (appointed by the Chief Justice)

  • Member of the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee (appointed pursuant to section 9(1)(g) of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap.221)) (previous)

  • Part-time lecturer of the University of Hong Kong in criminal advocacy (previous)

  • External course assessor on the PCLL Programme (for criminal litigation practice) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (previous)

  • External examiner (for criminal law) of Hong Kong Shue Yan University (previous)

Marriage Solemnization

Alternative Dispute Resolution — Mediation

Kenneth Ng is an accredited mediator.

We provide mediation services for most types of disputes. Our office is furnished with five conference rooms that may serve in conducting mediation sessions. They seat up to 16 people.
