We have a high regard in the field of industrial summonses litigation. This is a very specialized area which often involves highly technical engineering concepts as well as occupational safety and health issues. The law in this regard has been evolving and changes substantially over the past few years. Our Mr. Kenneth Ng has profound knowledge in construction industry practice. He is an active advocate and has personally handled more than 2000 industrial summonses of various nature over the years. He is among a handful of practitioners in this highly technical and specialized area.
Criminal Litigation
We deliver high quality legal advice with a primary focus on criminal defence. Our Mr. Kenneth Ng has a wealth of experience in criminal litigation. Mr. Ng is the Chairman of the Criminal Law and Procedure Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Ng is a member of the Criminal Court Users' Committee (appointed by the Chief Justice). Mr. Ng is a member of the Criminal Procedure Rules Committee (appointed pursuant to section 9(1)(g) of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap.221)). Mr. Ng is a part-time lecturer of the University of Hong Kong in criminal advocacy. Mr. Ng is an external course assessor on PCLL Programme (for criminal litigation practice) of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Mr. Ng is an external examiner (for criminal law) of the Hong Kong Shue Yan University.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION - MEDIATION
Our Mr. Kenneth Ng is an accredited mediator. We provide mediation services for most types of disputes. Our office is furnished with a large conference room that can comfortably house 10-12 persons, and another conference room that can house 6-8 persons and a number of other rooms which can all be utilized for conducting mediation sessions.
